We purchased this multi-family home in 2021 and started renovating it from top to bottom as soon as possible. Before the purchase, we found ourselves in the area for my wife, who’s a nurse and were frustrated by the lack of furnished housing options, so we made our own. This property is a triplex, but it will be yours to enjoy. Renovations are still underway, but we will not have any work going on during your stay. The second floor where you’ll be staying has been completed, but we are still restoring this early 1900s home to its triplex glory. We look forward to hosting you.

This is an early 1900s home renovated on the second floor where you will be staying. The basement for the shared laundry is under renovation, but no active work is currently ongoing. The first floor is not currently rented, and it’s not expected to be anytime soon as it's a work in Progress. The home's exterior is still quite rough, and the interior is practically all-new, from the flooring to the walls and electricity. Our goal is to provide affordable furnished housing. We always look to improve and would love to hear from you. We are within walking distance of Conemaugh Hospital, several bus stops, bars, restaurants, a dollar store, and a grocery store. It is a short 5-minute drive from 1st Summit Arena. A large park with basketball courts, a tennis court, a field, a green area, and a playground is a very short walk away.
