We hate to list all these items, but we want you to have an excellent visit. Please be responsible and respectful. There are few and far between those who are not, but that's why there is so much to read here. 1) No parties or events are allowed. Violations will result in forfeiture of the rest of the stay, a $250 fine, and responsibility for any damage. 2) No smoking inside is allowed. The back porch/outside is okay. 3) A pet fee allows up to 2 cats or dogs. There is a $250 fee for not cleaning up after dogs. 4) Only registered guests are allowed overnight. (They are not covered by Airbnb if not listed.) 5) Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $100. 6) Please take care of the property. You have to pay for damages. 7) Please don’t rearrange the furniture or put it back. 8) Please do your dishes or use the dishwasher. 9) Please take the trash out before you leave. The trash can is on the side of the house. It is black and square with wheels. 10) No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. There will be a $250 cleaning fee for odors that require multiple days to remove. You're also responsible for those nights the unit can not be rented. 11) Excessively dirty airbnbs will incur a cleaning fee of $50 to $250, depending on the documented conditions. 12) Unapproved late checkouts incur a $25 fee per hour Let us know if there's anything we can do to improve your stay! Your keypad-locked private bedroom is in this two-bedroom shared duplex. There are front and rear entrances. The duplex has a “powder room” bathroom on the first floor, a full bathroom on the second floor, and a large unfinished dry basement where laundry is located. The duplex features two bedrooms, with private use of one bedroom and shared use of the remaining space. A new back porch, a comfy living room, a fully stocked kitchen to cook a meal, and a kitchen table with games. Make yourself at home! On-street parking is free. One parking spot is available for rent $25/stay/month.
